Sunday Night - Sushi and Cocktail

Since she lives around the corner from Gràcia we went back there last night and had som sushi that was served in boats:)

And then afterwards we went to a supercute little cocktail bar for a strawberry Capiroska;)

Every one is at work today and it´s a bit cloudy.

I am going to go and sit on the terrace now though with my book and then later maybe meet up with my old hairdresser who moved back to Barcelona a few months ago.

Saturday Night

We were invited to C´s friends Nico and Charlie who had just moved in to this gorgeous flat

It was about 2am when we were ready to leave but we decided to go to Gràcia anyway to have a look at the street part that they have there every year

A rocky cover band that were really good, they did some U2 ad Bob Marley but it took me a while to realise that they were singing in English and not Spanish with their strong Spanish accent...:)

Friday

Friday was finally spent on the beach. As we were leaving I was still the whitest person there:)

And then in the evening we had some wine and dinner on the terrace:)

We were supposed to go to Gràcia but by the time we had stopped chatting and realised that maybe we should get going it was already about 2am so we left it.

Thursday In Barcelona

Carolina had to go into the office for a bit so I had a few hours to myself in town. I went into Blanco and fell in love with everything.

But since I, for some reason, managed to arrive here with a suitcase that weighted 22kg I had to stick to window shopping...:(

I will be better prepared next time.

I even did some tourist Gaudí spotting...

And then we went for some well deserved Ice Cream:)

Barcelona:)

Having a great time with my girl. I arrived a bit late yesterday after a captain issue on the plane. I am sure they said that the captain was missing but then when we got on the plane they blamed it on the catering...

So it´s possible that that´s what they said all along...

Any way I arrived and had a lovely catch up on her terrace with cheese and bread and then later some chocolate. She knows how to make me happy:)

And now this morning we´ve had some lovely "swedish style" breakfast on the terrace again.

It´s a lovely and warm day but not too much sunshine so we are going to skip the beach today and go into town and do some shopping instead;)

The weekend is going to be gorgeous though so we´ll spend that on the beach instead.

So much to do, so little time

Just got home from work and I am packing my bags, getting ready to jet off to Barcelona tomorrow night. But first another shift at work. I am working 6-3 and then my flight is at 6pm.

I like to cut it fine, being a real time optimist. I might even go via The Italian's place and steal a kiss before I go as well....

Ok maybe I don't really have time for that, but who knows...

I am waiting for him to come home so we can spend a few minutes together before I need to sleep.

On Monday it was my turn to cut our time together short. I was supposed to start at 3pm and he was off so we had all morning together and we were going to go and join a gym together and just enjoy each others company...

But I got a call from work and I had to be there at 11am instead. So long Italian time...

But it's ok when I come back I hope his work situation has been resolved and that we might have some time together then.

Anyway I'll see you in Barcelona:)

Sunday barbecue

Such a great afternoon spent at N's house, feeling a little bit dizzy now though;)

Waiting for the Italian to come home from his barbecue, but I might go and lie down while I wait because the living room is spinning a little....
