Monday

A quiet day at work which suits me today since I am not feeling great. Woke up with a bit of a sore throat and I am now shivering and feeling really cold. Made the mistake of buying a salad at Napket for lunch. It was absolutely gorgeous but I needed a hot lunch. I am topping up with lots of cups of green tea instead to keep warm. It doesn't matter how many actimel's you drink if you end up cycling in rain storms two days running.
Fingers crossed it will be gone by tonight though.
