A night of carols

After some mince pies and mulled wine we walked down to St James' church.
It was so beautiful. I've never been inside properly before, just in the lobby last year when I bought my cards.
It was all sorts of different performances and some sing a long songs as well.
I didn't think about the fact that I don't actually know the Church Christmas songs (and especially not in English).
It was a looong performance and since we'd all had some mulled wine before I think we all felt a bit snoozed up afterwards.
It was really well done though and in aid of Children & The Arts.
The performances included.
Different kinds of choirs including a Gospel Choir
A lady playing clarinet which brought me back to my childhood...
Different artist doing some reading - here is Brian Blessed..
and Daniel Roche (who is 11 years old)
And Bonnie Wright (from Harry Potter)

Did you notice how beautiful the church is as well?
Sorry to bombard you with pictures from this but it was all so pretty.
