New morning rutin

Hot water with lemon every morning now. And back to the gym tonight who have finally opened proper hours today.
Four and a half weeks to go and I feel confident that I will get fitter in that time.

  1. Far jag lov att rekommendera farkspressad citron, med vatten och cayenne peppar. Det hjalper kroppen att rensa ut samt cayennepepparn hjalper till att oka forbranningen.

  2. Det far du absolut lov till. Hmm later laskigt men jag ar villig att prova, far se om jag kan skrapa fram nan cayenne pa jobbet imon annars far det bli pa Sondag morgon...
