Phew

It feels like it's been a long day.
Luckily the Pilates this afternoon was more about balance than flexibility and I have to say that my balance isn't bad.
I just got home from work now, and I want to try and get eight hours sleep whenever I can. I'll set my alarm for 9.30 and it'll be just under eight hours. I've still got a few things to sort out before my sister arrives on Wednesday though and I want to get to Body Combat at 12.30. I should be alright though if I organise myself enough. And it probably helps if I actually go to bed now as well. Sleep well everybody. See you tomorrow. X
